The outline of the Guidance division

The guidance division is the authority class managing finances and applications. It also commands the political affairs. The members of the guidance division get authority and financial benefits. The leader of each nation (Bygeniou and Arlington) will settle political problems between both nations by talking directly to the other leader. At the same time, they have the responsibility to control and compose disputes. The name and the class are as below.

1) Qualification and Election
1st class guidance (Commander in Chief and Chairman):
- Any brigade commander of a brigade which has over 20 members
- The accumulated fame points will be over 1,000
- The candidate needs to be at least at level 60
- To be voted by election

2nd class guidance (deputy commander, general chief, Vice-chairman, and General)
- Everyone can be nominated
- to be elected by the commander in chief and chairman.

3rd class guidance (commander)
- brigade commanders who are not in the 1st and 2nd class
- Will be elected when having won the front line base war

2) Benefits of the guidance division
1st class guidance:

- The ID colour will be changed to green
- Items that have special effect and defense buff will be given. These special items can neither be sold at the shop nor exchanged nor saved at the warehouse.
- Free to use the warpshop
- 5 buff items are given; these items can be used in the map the 1st class guidance is in. The effect of the buff disappears when he is brought down.
- 5 happy hour items are given. When using this item, the chairman and the commander in chief start a 2 hours happy time.
- direct conversation with the 1st class guidance of the other nation is possible.
- Can generate a general note which can only be seen by the nation the 1st class guidance is in. This is possible by entering * at the front when chatting.
- The 1st class guidance can see the warning notice when enemies come into his territories.
- Is allowed to enter the front-line base which is owned by the same forces.
- a certain amount of SPI spent by other users are supported as war funds by the NPC.
- The 1st class guidance can write notices by using the control tower in the city.
- The 1st class guidance can allow a certain user to enter the meeting room.
- When a warship war is in progress, the 1st class guidance can activate the teleport which serves as the revival point.

2nd class guidance:
- Can write a general notice which can only be seen by the same nation. This is possible by entering * at the front when chatting.
- The 2nd class guidance can also see the warning notice when enemies come into his territories.
- Is allowed to enter the front-line base owned by the same forces.
- The 2nd class guidance can allow a certain user to enter the meeting room.
- When a warship war is in progress, the 2nd class guidance can activate the teleport which serves as the revival point

3rd class guidance:
- Can write a general notice which can only be seen by the same nation. This is possible by entering * at the front when chatting.
- a certain amount of SPI spent by other users are supported as war funds by the NPC.
- Is allowed to enter the front-line base owned by his brigade.

• Once someone is elected into the guidance division, this member cannot be expelled from the brigade. Only when the brigade members destroyed the ID this is possible.

Election

The 1st class guidance of each nation is voted through an election.
1) To be qualified, the player need at least 1000 brigade fame, needs to be at least at level 60 and needs to be in a brigade with at least 20 members.
2) Voting rights
- one vote per ID.
- the nation will decide who will be elected, all players from Level 11 on can vote.
- the candidates can vote as well.
3) Election Schedule: The 1st class guidance election is held once a month. It starts 7days earlier if there is the regular monthly inspection. The players have 3 days to enroll and 3 days to vote. The election is terminated the day of the regular inspection.
4) How to join the election: The control tower of the cities will inform you about enrollment, candidates and voting.

• The election date can be changed depending on the game policy.
